Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  • All orders above $150.00 will need a signature. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if your order is under $150.00 you can request signature by adding a comment during checkout.
  • All items sold by Spinta Precision are for U.S. domestic use and may not be exported.
  • No sales to or shipments of any goods outside the United States or U.S Territories such as Guam or Puerto Rico
  • All sales are subject to all Local, State, and Federal laws. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of any laws that may affect their purchase.
  • NFA LAWS APPLY to barrels shorter than 16" 
  • Excluding weekends and holidays, most orders are shipped the same or next business day. 
  • If you received an incorrect item from our error in fullfillment, we will need to be notified and we will provide you with a return shipping label to send the item back. Once we receive the item, we will refund or ship the correct item.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Sales Tax

Spinta Precision charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this website based on the where the item is being shipped.  We are located in California and sales tax will apply to all orders shipped to California.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund with a 20% restocking fee. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) We will cover shipping cost and we will need to be notified within 30 days of purchase. It is your responsibility to contact the shipping company used for insurance purposes. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Cancellation of an order NOT shipped will result in a 6% charge for credit card transaction fee. When you get charged for your order, it cost 3% for credit card fees and when we refund your order, it cost an additional 3% credit card fees to transfer the funds back to you.
